You can prepare your own meat sauce or use tomato sauce. Just hunt for a brand that is low in carbs. You can also use tomato sauce and add ground meat as one of the toppings rather than in the sauce itself. The choice is yours. The recipe includes eggs, almond flour, mozzarella cheese, fresh garlic, garlic powder, onion powder, Italian seasoning, dried chili flakes, white mushrooms, pepperoni, red pepper, basil, Keto tomato sauce, sugar-free bacon, and ground chicken.
