Welcome to our little space in the world. I hope you come here to live, not just to visit. Here we live to eat, not the other way around. We follow Keto and/or Paleo paths, not the strict diets. Some call this Lazy Keto and Lazy Paleo. Being dedicated to a healthy regime for life is far from lazy! That’s why I prefer to call them paths.
We don’t focus on sacrifice and suffering here. This space is about embracing healthy food with a little indulgence. We eat:
- sugar-free or low glycemic
- no added sodium
- healthy processed foods (natural bacon or coconut aminos instead of soy sauce)
And let’s enjoy a harmonizing glass of wine in moderation!
All the recipes provide the Keto ingredient (like erythritol or xylitol) or paleo version (coconut sugar or raw honey). The choice is yours.
