- Juice from 1 lime
- 1/2-inch fresh ginger, finely chopped or grated
- 1 tsp chili flakes or finely chopped from chili (optional)
- 4 cloves fresh garlic, finely chopped
- 2 tablespoons olive oil
- 1 tablespoon season salt
Instructions
- Preheat air-fryer at 420F.
- Squeeze fresh lemon juice.
- Chop fresh ginger.
- Measure chili flakes.
- Chop fresh ginger.
- Add olive oil to a bowl.
- In the bowl combine all the ingredients.
- Set thighs on a air-fryer baking sheet lined with foil or parchment.
- Pour sauce over thighs.
- Air-fry for 25 to 30 minutes or until skin is crispy and internal temperature reaches 165F.
- Remove from air-fryer. Let rest. Serve and enjoy.
