Welcome to our little space in the world. I hope you come here to live, not just to visit.
Here we live to eat, not the other way around. We follow a Keto Low-Carb path, not the
strict diet. Some call this Lazy Keto. Being dedicated to a healthy regime for life is far
from lazy! That’s why I prefer to call this a path.
We don’t focus on sacrifice and suffering here. This space is about embracing healthy
food with a little indulgence. We eat:
- low-carb
- gluten-free
- grain-free
- wholefoods
- sugar-free
- no added sodium
- healthy processed foods (natural bacon or coconut aminos instead of soy
- sauce)
- healthy fats
