Description
Keto steak marinade produces tender meat by using olive oil, coconut aminos, freshly squeezed lemon juice, and garlic.

1/4 cup olive oil
1/4 cup coconut aminos or low-sodium soy sauce
1/4 cup freshly squeezed lemon juice
5 cloves garlic, minced
A couple of sprigs of favorite herb (i.e. rosemary/optional)
1 tablespoon peppercorns (of choice)
Instructions
- In a bowl combine all ingredients, whisk together. Place steaks in a nonreactive dish, and pour marinade over top. Cover, and refrigerate for at least 4 hours or overnight. Cook steaks as per your own directions.
