Satisfy your craving with Keto Bacon-Wrapped Chicken Drumsticks. A delicious, nutrient-filled treat with saturated fats! So eat once in a while for heart health.

Units Scale
  • 16 chicken drumsticks
  • 16 slices of sugar-free bacon
  • 1/4 cup olive oil
  • 2 tablespoons sugar-free maple syrup
  • 2 tablespoons Dijon mustard
  • 2 teaspoons garlic powder
  • 2 teaspoons smoked paprika
  • Salt and pepper to taste
  • Fresh parsley (for garnish, optional)

  • Preheat your oven to 400°F (200°C). Pat the chicken drumsticks dry with paper towels.
  • Season them with salt, pepper, garlic powder, and smoked paprika. Set aside.
  • Wrap each drumstick with a slice of bacon. Secure with toothpicks if needed.
  • In a small bowl, whisk together olive oil, SF maple syrup, and Dijon mustard.
  • Brush the chicken drumsticks with the sauce, ensuring they are evenly coated.Place the bacon-wrapped drumsticks on a baking sheet lined with parchment paper or a wire rack
  • Bake in the preheated oven for about 40-45 minutes or until the chicken is cooked through and the bacon is crispy. Make sure the chicken reaches an internal temperature of 165°F (74°C) for safe consumption. If you want crispier bacon, you can broil the drumsticks for an additional 2-3 minutes, watching carefully to prevent burning.
  • Once done, remove from the oven. Let them rest for a few minutes. Serve these delicious bacon-wrapped chicken drumsticks as an appetizer or main dish. They pair well with your favorite dipping sauce.
