Description
Start the evening with Keto Bacon-Wrapped Chorizo as an hors d’oeuvre paired with a fabulous non alcoholic wine. Yummy.
Instructions
- Preheat oven to 350 F. Wrap sausage in bacon, overlapping the sides so that the whole sausage is covered. Depending on the size of the sausage, you’ll need 3 to 4 pieces of bacon per sausage. It’s okay if the bacon layers are thick. Set aside. Repeat process for other 2 sausages.
- Spray oven-proof pan with non stick cooking spray. Set sausage into pan. Cook for 20 minutes until bacon is crispy.
- Turn the sausage so that all sides are the same in crispness. When crisp, remove from oven and cover in foil.
- Set back into the oven and cook another 10 to 12 minutes to ensure sausage is cooked inside. Remove from oven and let cool.
- Cut into 1-inch pieces, securing bacon edges with toothpicks.
Notes
- These babies are high in sodium so be watchful when you’re popping them into your mouth. Super addictive!
