HOW DO YOU PREPARE KETO LOW-CARB BACON-WRAPPED CHORIZO?

Wrap sausage in bacon, overlapping the sides so that the whole sausage is covered.

Repeat the process for all sausages. Depending on the size of the sausage, you’ll need 3 to 4 pieces of bacon per sausage. It’s okay if the bacon layers are thick. Set aside. Repeat process for other 2 sausages.

Spray oven-proof pan with nonstick cooking spray. Set sausage into pan. Cook for 20 minutes until bacon is crispy. Turn the sausage so that all sides are the same in crispness. When crisp, remove from oven and cover in foil. Set back into the oven and cook another 10 to 12 minutes to ensure sausage is cooked inside. Remove from oven and let cool.

Cut into 1-inch pieces, securing bacon edges with toothpicks.
