- 2 heaping tablespoons curry powder
- Freshly ground black pepper to taste
Instructions
- Preheat oven to 350 F.
- Finely chop garlic.
- Let chopped garlic sit out on cutting board for about 15 minutes.

- Place skinless chicken in an oven-proof baking dish.
