Learn how to make a keto lazy Caesar Cobb salad that’s both delicious and nutritious. Perfect for low-carb diets.


Ingredients

Scale

2 heads of romaine lettuce

1 yellow pepper, seeded and julienned

1 cup cherry tomatoes, cut in half

4 green onions, chopped

4 white mushrooms, sliced

2 avocados, sliced

4 hard-boiled eggs, sliced

2 cups cooked chicken, white or dark

8 slices sugar-free bacon

Keto Low-Carb Super Easy Caesar Dressing (amount as desired)*

Parmigiano-Reggiano (for garnish)


Instructions

  • *Keto Low-Carb Super Easy Caesar Dressing
  • Set out 4 bowls.  In each bowl add lettuce and arrange 1/4 of yellow pepper, a few sliced cherry tomatoes, 1 chopped green onion, 1 sliced mushroom, 1/4 of avocado, 1 hard-boiled egg, a hand full of cooked chicken, and 2 slices of chopped bacon. 
  • Drizzle in dressing and serve cold or at room temperature.

  • Use any dressing of your choice.
