Keto Waffle Iron

This section is dedicated to Keto waffles and chaffles, either using a full size waffle iron or a mini waffle maker called The Dash!  Great name.  This method cooks dishes quickly and evenly on both sides.  The waffle maker also makes for easy clean-up!  The iron is usually non-stick so you can use non-stick avocado spray to keep foods from sticking and to avoid extra fat.  You can use this appliance to make protein waffles, chaffles, buns, Mac & Cheese Chaffles, Zucchini Chaffles, Omelette Chaffles, Mozzarella Chaffles, Pizza Chaffles, Cinnamon Protein Waffles, and more.  All the recipes are easy to make using readily available ingredients at your local supermarket.
